2ataradb is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our dedicated Customer Service team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the entry level who is eager to contribute to enhancing customer experiences in the construction industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and that their needs are met promptly and effectively. As a Customer Service Manager, you will help shape our customer service strategies and work closely with various teams to implement solutions that improve client satisfaction and retention.

We offer a competitive salary range of $210,000 - $295,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure high-quality support
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve performance
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experiences
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
