Job Role: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated  Sales Head or Director Lead  to join our dynamic sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, targeting new markets and revenue growth.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance using sales data and analytics.
  • Oversee, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members to ensure skill development and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and stay competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance and forecasting reports to executive leadership.
  • Drive digital sales transformation, adoption of sales automation, and CRM software for efficient processes.

Pre-Requsities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and sales team development.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
