Job Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Head or Director Lead to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, targeting new markets and revenue growth.
- Set ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance using sales data and analytics.
- Oversee, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members to ensure skill development and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance and forecasting reports to executive leadership.
- Drive digital sales transformation, adoption of sales automation, and CRM software for efficient processes.
Pre-Requsities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and sales team development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
