We're hiring an Appointment Setter for investor lead generation!

About The Role

This is a phone-first role. You'll be calling potential investors, having conversations, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for our closers. If you don't like being on the phone, this isn't for you.

We provide sample user profiles, target lists, phone numbers, and starter scripts for you to improve and personalize. You find prospects (or use our lists), make calls, qualify them, and book meetings — the kind that show up, not no-shows.

About You

We're open to working with:

  • Executors — you want to do the work manually
  • Agencies — you have a team (often offshore) ready to run
  • Automators — you think AI or dialers can do it at scale

If you can deliver leads, we'll pay.

We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial [technical] founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha.

Compensation

Pay-per-lead — no equity, no base salary. You earn per result:

  • $10 per lead generated
  • +$10 bonus per lead for each of the first 200 leads generated by the team

This is performance-based contract work. Earnings scale with your output. Top performers earn 3-line dialers and base salary.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls — call potential investors from lists you build or we provide; have real conversations, qualify interest, book meetings
  • Qualify leads — confirm accredited investor status and interest level before booking; our closers handle the rest
  • Book qualified investors — schedule follow-up meetings with our team for prospects who are ready to hear more
  • Track and report — log your activity and results; we iterate based on your feedback
  • Ask for referrals — on every call, expand the network
  • Take ownership of your output — good or bad

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to make calls, have conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings — not no-shows
  • Self-directed — we provide sample profiles, lists, phone numbers, and starter scripts; you improve, personalize, and execute
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, SDR work, or sales development.
