Not a generic digital marketing role — this is hands-on outreach, relentless testing, and metric-driven execution.

We're a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q1 2026. That gives us just 3 months to stack features while raising additional working capital. Compensation

Up to $350,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

We've already validated the approach. Now we need you to execute it consistently and prove we can scale.

  • You've launched and iterated on your first outreach campaigns
  • You've built automation sequences that run without babysitting
  • You're tracking metrics daily and know what's working (and what isn't)
  • You've established a rhythm of test → measure → iterate

What You'll Do

  • Execute direct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs) — write the copy, build the sequences, hit send
  • Run relentless A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and timing
  • Build and manage automation using tools like Clay, Phantom Buster, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, Make
  • Track and report on growth metrics — CAC, conversion rates, open rates, reply rates, channel performance
  • Manage and optimize digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email marketing)
  • Identify what's working and double down; kill what isn't
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to optimize conversion funnels
  • Take ownership of results — good or bad

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience executing direct outreach campaigns (not just managing them)
  • Proficient with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and growth integrations (e.g., Clay, Phantom Buster, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Metric-obsessed — you check dashboards before coffee
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and scrappy execution
  • Not looking for a team to manage — you're ready to do the work yourself
  • Experience at a venture-backed startup is a plus
