About The Role

Not a generic digital marketing role — this is about direct outreach, metrics, and growth hacking.

Compensation

Up to $400,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

We've already validated the approach. Now we need you to prove we can do it efficiently at scale.

  • You've launched your first campaigns
  • You've setup scripts and automation
  • You've established metrics and a tracking system
  • You've built a sustainable weekly rhythm of execution, measurement, and iteration

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute campaigns that drive measurable user acquisition
  • Build and optimize direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, DMs) with relentless A/B testing
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and integrations to scale outreach without scaling headcount
  • Establish and track growth metrics — CAC, conversion rates, channel performance
  • Identify and exploit new acquisition channels before competitors catch on
  • Build lightweight systems and automations that multiply output
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to optimize conversion funnels
  • Report on performance with clarity and take ownership of results — good or bad

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a growth role at a venture-backed startup
  • Deep expertise in social media marketing and direct outreach campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and growth integrations (e.g., Clay, Phantom Buster, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Metric-obsessed — you live and die by the numbers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats
  • Creative problem solver who can hack together solutions with limited resources
  • Not looking for a team to manage day one — you're ready to execute yourself
