We're hiring a Head of Sales to build and steer our investor relations team!

We're also interested in long-term "side gig" relationships — in our experience, a few expert hours often beat full-time learning-curve hours.
You build and steer a team of various types — appointment setters, BDRs, closers. You understand how to run a sales org: sales ops, KPIs, contests, targets. You know what good looks like and how to get people there.
We're building an investor relations machine. You'll design the structure, set the metrics, and keep the team accountable. Prior IR experience is nice to have, but we care more that you've built and run sales teams that hit targets.
We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial [technical] founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha.
Why funded and still raising? We've raised seed capital. Now we're raising a larger round to scale — ship the product, build the team, and execute. That's why we're building our investor relations team.

Up to $350,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
Nice to have: Prior investor relations or capital raising experience. Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, etc.).
