About The Role
This is the lead tactical role for our outbound engine — hands-on execution driven by the strategy you help set. AI is central to how we personalize and automate outreach at scale.
We have some early testing data and infrastructure in place. You build and iterate: consolidate email ops, LinkedIn automation, Facebook/social outreach, and manual community efforts under one owner. You're in the tools every day — integrating CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, and analytics into a unified workflow; owning domain health, deliverability, sequences, and dashboards; creating the playbooks and reporting structure as you go. Day one you're doing the work yourself. You may coordinate vendors or specialists later, but if your instinct is to delegate and manage — this isn't the right fit.
Tech stack: Tools like Apollo, Clay, Phantom Buster, Instantly, Lemlist, Dripify, Drippi.ai, Warmy.io, GoHighLevel, SendGrid, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot (or Pipedrive), AI tools for personalization/automation, and domain warmup/deliverability — you'll help define our ideal stack.
Compensation
Up to $350,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
- Multi-channel outreach pipeline mapped and live — email, LinkedIn, and at least one other channel (Facebook, social DMs, or community)
- GTM stack connected: CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, and analytics wired into a unified workflow
- Domain health and deliverability under control; sequences running with clear reporting on opens, replies, and meetings booked
- Dashboards in place so we can see what's working and what's stuck
- Early experiments producing data; you're iterating on copy, sequences, and targeting
What You'll Do
- Build and run the outreach machine — design and implement systems that move leads from first touch to qualified handoff via direct outreach
- Orchestrate multi-channel sequences — email, LinkedIn, Facebook/social DMs; build flows that feel personal at scale
- Connect the stack — integrate CRM, outreach tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Dripify, Drippi.ai, Warmy.io, Apollo), enrichment (Clay), automation (Zapier, Make, Phantom Buster), and analytics
- Own email infrastructure — domain warmup, deliverability, list hygiene, and sequence iteration
- Run LinkedIn and Facebook automation — configure tools, avoid platform violations, vary copy and cadence with AI
- Track and report — build dashboards, measure by channel, identify bottlenecks, iterate fast
- Document and systematize — create playbooks so the process scales beyond you
- Optionally coordinate — vendors or specialists as the motion matures (nice-to-have, not day-one expectation)
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Hands-on, tactical execution — you build and run the systems; you're in the tools, not advising from the sidelines. Comfort researching and planning to execute on email, LinkedIn, and Facebook/social channels — even if you haven't run them all.
- AI exposure — you use or have used AI for personalization, automation, or copy variation
- Willingness to learn, test, and try — fast iteration: hypothesis → experiment → data → decision, in days not weeks
- Technical proficiency with the GTM stack — you've built with these or similar and can help define our ideal stack
- Multi-channel outbound experience — email, LinkedIn, or social DMs at scale
- Systems thinker — you see the whole outreach pipeline and connect the pieces
Nice-to-have:
- Experience leading or coordinating other GTM operators, SDRs, or vendors
- Venture-backed startup experience
