Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can manage internal development teams and actively participate in Upwork client meetings, requirement discussions, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent client communication skills to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers (Web, Mobile, AI/ML) to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend and handle Upwork client meetings, requirement discussions, and technical calls
• Understand client requirements and convert them into technical tasks for the development team.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution architecture support.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to provide project updates, demos, and progress reports.
• Resolve technical challenges and escalate risks when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality output.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Sales team for requirement clarity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in Web / Mobile Application Development
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience in technologies such as MERN / MEAN / Node.js / React / Python (any relevant stack).
• Experience handling client communication or Upwork projects.
