AA Hospitality LLP is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Sous Chef (Pan Asian) to join our dedicated Kitchen team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant culinary environment that emphasizes the art of Pan Asian cuisine.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations, assisting the Head Chef in creating exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation. You will contribute to menu development, maintain high standards of food safety, and mentor junior kitchen staff while ensuring that every dish meets our exceptional standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes following Pan Asian culinary techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Participate in kitchen staff meetings and contribute to team discussions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
