AA Hospitality LLP is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant F&B Service team in Bangalore. This full-time, on-site role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our restaurant operations and enhance the dining experience for our guests in the bustling hospitality industry.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all customers receive outstanding service. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month, alongside a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, promoting teamwork and excellence
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction
• Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and employee performance
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu accuracy and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred
