  3. 4 to 10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, insurance broking, or general insurance
  4. Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients
  5. Hands-on experience in generating leads and closing corporate insurance deals
  6. Strong expertise in general insurance products (Fire, Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Group Health, etc.)
  7. Direct experience in advising corporate clients on risk management and insurance solutions
  8. Ability to prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (CFOs, Risk Managers, HR Heads)
  9. Experience in negotiating premiums, coverage terms, and policy conditions with insurers
  10. Proven capability to achieve assigned revenue, premium, and acquisition targets
  11. Strong experience in managing policy renewals and premium collections
  12. Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling insurance products
  13. Experience in coordinating with insurers and internal teams for policy placement
  14. Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance compliance requirements
  15. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  16. Ability to independently manage client relationships and meet business targets

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4 – 10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, insurance broking, or general insurance

 

We are looking for experienced professional responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate clients by providing insurance broking solutions tailored to their risk management needs. The role involves identifying business opportunities, advising clients on appropriate insurance coverage, negotiating with insurers, and ensuring long-term client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, IT, logistics, healthcare, and infrastructure.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Achieve assigned revenue, premium, and client acquisition targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to corporate decision-makers (CFOs, Risk Managers, HR Heads).

Client Relationship Management
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business risks and insurance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings and policy reviews.

Insurance Placement & Advisory
• Analyze client risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions such as:
     o Fire Insurance
     o Property & Engineering Insurance
     o Liability Insurance
     o Marine Insurance
     o Group Health & Employee Benefits
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to place policies on competitive terms.
• Support negotiations on premiums, coverage terms, deductibles, and claims handling arrangements.

Renewals & Cross-Selling
• Manage policy renewals by ensuring timely documentation and premium collection.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products.

Market & Insurer Coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and underwriters.
• Stay updated on market trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.

Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client documentation, and MIS reports.
