ABC is looking for a motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality assurance and quality control in the dynamic construction industry.

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams to implement quality management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in quality assurance within the construction sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
• Conduct inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities
• Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions
• Participate in quality training sessions and workshops
• Review project specifications and drawings for quality requirements
• Support the preparation of quality documentation and reports
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding quality matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes in construction
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
