As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care services for our clients, ensuring that they receive the support they need in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for home care services
• Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues
• Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver information

• Utilize scheduling software to optimize care delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software
