Absolute Elder Care is seeking a Remote Nurse Consultant to join our dedicated team in Ocala. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health and wellness needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Basic understanding of elder care principles and practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using healthcare software and tools
• Prior experience in nursing or healthcare is a plus, but not required
