Role Description
AceTech E-Commerce Limited is seeking a Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across platforms, with a strong focus on content planning, execution, and performance optimization.
This role involves active participation in video-led content, including planning, coordinating, and, where required, appearing in content to ensure authenticity and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Plan and execute structured content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives
- Create and publish video-first content, including short-form formats (Reels, Shorts) and product-focused videos
- Participate in content creation, including on-camera presence where required
- Develop engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with internal teams including video editors, designers, and marketing professionals
- Support basic graphic requirements such as simple creatives, thumbnails, or post assets (where required)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience in social media management and content planning
- Comfortable with video content participation and on-camera presence when required
- Basic understanding of content production workflows
- Familiarity with basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to interpret data and optimize content performance
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and execution quality
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
- Understanding of performance-driven content
- Familiarity with AI-based content tools
