MAJOR PURPOSE
Assemble, troubleshoot and repair airframes, engines and systems. Perform modification work on aircraft as required. Perform engine and propeller buildup, installation and adjustment as required.
PRIMARY REQUIREMENT:
Need someone with at least 4 years of Cessna/Beechcraft/ King Air aviation experience
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Perform a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of various systems to complete the aircraft thru flight and delivery to the customer.
- Perform troubleshooting, inspection, repair and engine runs. Install service bulletins and service kits on airframes and engines.
- Perform duties in a manner consistent with the highest standards of safety.
- Make appropriate entries in aircraft records.
- Complete return to service entry into aircraft logbook.
- Perform engine maintenance on airworthy aircraft and complete logbook entry.
- Perform annual inspections and continued airworthiness inspections.
- Daily tasks are completed without supervision.
- Training others and assisting in required certifications and qualification for team.
- Trained beyond skills needed in immediate area.
- A self starter and takes the lead on important projects to completion.
- Leads safety or quality improvements.
Education Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent required
- A&P License is required.
