We’re Hiring: Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English)
Location: Full-time, on-site – Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Approximately AED 12,000/month

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English) to join our team for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal support, including legal advisory, contract negotiation, document drafting, and handling matters related to business operations in compliance with UAE law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assess potential legal risks
• Prepare legal memorandums and opinions
• Support internal teams with legal guidance aligned with UAE regulations
• Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
✔ In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures
✔ Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a legal counsel within the UAE
✔ Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
✔ Excellent legal research and analytical skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Demonstrated expertise in preparing legal memorandums and various contractual documents
