Our client, an innovative startup based in Germany, is currently expanding its engineering teams in North Macedonia and is seeking talented engineers to join the journey.

This is a remote position; however, all applicants must currently live in North Macedonia and already hold valid work authorization.

If you’re excited about building a platform that brings order to enterprise complexity, this role might be for you. The team is developing a modern digital solution designed to help companies manage and distribute resources to employees around the globe. The goal is simple: replace outdated spreadsheets and inefficient ticketing systems with a fast, intuitive platform that automates manual processes and provides full visibility over company assets, suppliers, and internal workflows.

With a rapidly growing user base and thousands of active users already on the platform, the focus is on delivering features that genuinely simplify day-to-day operations and improve the user experience.

What You Bring:

• At least 3+ years of practical experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Angular or another modern front-end framework, such as React or Vue.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of browser behavior, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• A strong eye for UI/UX quality, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clean and intuitive user interfaces.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for agile ways of working, quick development cycles, direct user feedback, and taking ownership of your work.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the motivation to build impactful products.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical ideas and requirements in a structured way.

• Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing tasks and meeting deadlines independently.

   

What You’ll Do:

• Develop product features that will be used and appreciated by tens of thousands of users.
• Convert Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces that are fast, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Help shape technical architecture and development standards while participating in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Have direct influence on product decisions and the codebase in a collaborative environment with minimal bureaucracy.

• Frontend: Angular 18+, TypeScript, SCSS
• Tools & Collaboration: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Copilot/Cursor/Claude, Figma, GitBook

• Development Environment: Full flexibility to use your preferred IDE and OS (WebStorm, VS Code, Neovim, or others)
