With over 20 years of experience in strategy, design, engineering, and data, our clients count on us not just to deliver technology but to strengthen your teams with the skills, training, and strategy they need to create real, user-focused impact at scale.

About the Role

Agilious is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Product Manager to serve as the product management subject-matter expert on a Federal contract. In this critical role, you will be the right-hand person to the Federal Product Manager (FPM), who is responsible for a SAFe Agile Release Train comprising seven teams, with 90 technical team members. You will work closely with the FPM to provide guidance, direction, and product management expertise to the team of Product Owners and team members, ensuring they understand the vision, strategy, and roadmap for all core common cloud services capabilities.

Furthermore, you will leverage your product management expertise to drive modernization, efficiency, and compliance. This role requires exceptional analytical rigor and the ability to influence cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, risk/compliance, data science, data strategy, and business partners across lines of business—without direct management authority.
