Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across sales, marketing, and finance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment on key performance metrics. Your analyses and recommendations will help guide company strategy, optimize performance, and improve overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources using statistical and analytical methods
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business needs
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Present clear, actionable insights and visual reports to management and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to gather data requirements and deliver customized analysis
Support ongoing data governance, process improvement, and accuracy initiatives
Participate in special projects to support business strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data management tools
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming tools
Knowledge of ETL processes or data warehousing concepts
Experience working in a B2B or technology-driven environment
