Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you'll help design, develop, and maintain software tools and integrations that empower our sales enablement and CRM solutions. This is a hands-on development role with real impact — you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to build tools that drive revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and internal tools
Build and maintain integrations between platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Support the optimization and automation of internal processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of applications
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, C#, Java)
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs)
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce APIs or Salesforce development
Knowledge of CRM systems or marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
