Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team

- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers
- Prepare and distribute reports and documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus
