As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you’ll be the subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 products, licensing models, and best practices. You’ll work closely with our product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure Allocatr delivers real value to our customers. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing interaction, making it ideal for someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of Microsoft 365.

Job Requirments

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models, security add-ons, and cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Familiarity with MSP environments and how service providers manage customer tenants.
  • Understanding of compliance and security considerations (ISO 27001, GDPR, conditional access, security defaults, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (pre-sales, consulting, or technical support) is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, AZ-104, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as Allocatr’s internal and external expert on Microsoft 365, including licensing, security, compliance, and administration.
  • Advise MSPs and IT teams on how to optimise their Microsoft 365 environments using Allocatr’s platform.
  • Support the product team with insights on Microsoft licensing structures (E1/E3/E5, Business Premium, Security add-ons, AI/CoPilot, etc.) to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, training material, and technical documentation for customers and partners.
  • Deliver workshops, webinars, and technical demonstrations for customers, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft roadmap changes and translate them into actionable insights for Allocatr’s platform and customers.
  • Provide second-line technical support for escalations relating to Microsoft 365 licensing and configuration.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to identify optimisation opportunities for MSP clients.
