Role: Flutter Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)
Core Requirements
• 1–3 years of professional Flutter development experience
• Hands-on experience on 5+ Flutter projects
• Published apps on Play Store / App Store (strong plus)
• Deep exposure to Flutter UI testing and widget testing
• Strong experience with:
Networking:
http, dio, retrofit, chopper
State Management:
GetX, Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, MobX
Routing & Navigation:
go_router, auto_route, get
Security:
flutter_secure_storage, encrypt, local_auth
OTA & Delivery:
Firebase Remote Config, CodePush, Fastlane
Engineering Expectations
You will be expected to:
• Design and build high-performance Flutter applications for Android & iOS
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code following strong architectural principles
• Craft apps that are smooth, secure, and production-reliable
• Apply modern Flutter architectures:

◦ Layered Architecture
◦ Feature-based Modular Architecture
• Deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions
• Continuously optimize performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability
