Role Overview

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving residential real estate sales by engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the property buying process. The role demands proactive ownership, excellent customer engagement, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle end-to-end sales of residential properties (apartments/villas/plots)

·       Attend and convert leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and channel partners

·       Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers

·       Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions

·       Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion

·       Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents

·       Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of assigned sales targets

·       Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) for smooth transaction processing

·       Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM systems

·       Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies

 

Requirements

·       2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets

·       Ability to handle HNI clients with professionalism

·       Good presentation and convincing skills

·       Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

·       Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage

 

Preferred Skills

 

·       Experience in handling premium/luxury residential projects

·       Strong network with brokers and channel partners

·       Market knowledge of the local real estate landscape
