Amaz Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level Live Chat Service Assistant to join our dynamic Live Chat Service Assistant department. In this Full-Time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our Live Chat platform. As a Live Chat Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing them with a seamless experience. This position is On-Site and offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$33.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through our Live Chat platform
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate customer issues
