Joining Anime Universe as a Senior HR Program Manager means stepping into a high-leverage role with the opportunity to reshape the future of people, programs, and performance in a fast-scaling, globally recognized entertainment ecosystem. Role Overview

As a Senior HR Program Manager, you’ll design and scale world-class people programs across Anime Universe’s expanding global workforce. • Lead initiatives in performance management, talent mobility, HR analytics, and retention programs across AU cores and subsidiaries.
  • Architect, execute, and scale HR systems that support equity-based partner models, sprint-to-sprint evaluations, and milestone-based bonuses.

Build Talent Development Systems:

  • Design career progression pathways, onboarding flows, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Partner with department leads to identify high-potential individuals and create growth plans.

Execute Performance & Equity Models:

  • Operationalize merit-based compensation, equity progression systems, and loyalty-based share distributions.
  • Ensure alignment between business milestones and equity reward structures.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Legal, Tech, and Studios to ensure people programs support company-wide goals.
  • Coordinate with Compensation, Tokenomics, and Analytics leaders to co-develop shared frameworks.

Champion Culture at Scale:

  • Bring culture rituals, creator competitions, and anime-inspired engagement events to life across regions.
  • Reinforce clarity, respect, and impact-driven work environments in every program you lead.

Launch with Precision:

  • Use project management tools and AU’s Catalyst Ignition and Ebb & Flow frameworks to deliver clear outcomes on time.
  • Translate strategic people vision into execution-ready roadmaps.

What You Bring to the Table

  • You design scalable frameworks, not just policies.
  • You love turning chaos into clarity and building tools that outlast individuals.

Strategic Communication:

  • You connect with leaders, partners, and team members with clarity and empathy.
  • You translate complex ideas into actionable steps with stakeholder buy-in.

  • You’ve shipped programs that changed the way teams work—for the better.

Passion for People + Culture:

  • You deeply care about growth, fairness, equity, and human potential.
  • You know how to embed values into real, repeatable systems.

Bonus Points For

  • PMP, Program Management Certification, or formal training in Agile or project frameworks
