Role Overview

As the Vice President of AI Integration and Automation, you will lead the integration, automation, and operational implementation of AI technologies developed by our R&D Core. Your role bridges the gap between AI innovation and practical deployment, ensuring seamless integration across Anime Universe’s platforms and products. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and reliability through advanced automation, enhancing our user experiences globally.

What You'll Own

Strategic Leadership:

• Drive the AI integration strategy from R&D to production
• Build automation roadmaps that boost efficiency and scale

Operational Execution:

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems
• Ensure performance, reliability, and lifecycle management

Collaboration & Communication:

• Bridge R&D and engineering for seamless integration
• Keep leadership aligned with clear updates and insights

Team Building:

• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI integration team
• Foster ongoing learning and technical excellence

Innovation:

• Scout emerging tools and tech to stay ahead of the curve
• Champion AI-powered automation to transform workflows

Leadership & AI Know-How:

• You’ve led teams at the intersection of AI, automation, and infrastructure—turning bold ideas into scalable systems. You know how to take models from the lab to the real world, and make them stick.

Technical Chops:

• Fluent in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containers (K8s, Docker), and automation tools. You speak both code and infrastructure fluently.

Collaboration Skills:

• You translate complex technical ideas for any audience and thrive in cross-functional environments where clarity is key.

Seasoned Perspective:

• With over 10 years in tech leadership roles, you bring experience, foresight, and calm under pressure.
