Role Overview

As the VP of Trust and Security at Anime Universe, you’ll be the guardian of our digital world—leading the charge to create rock-solid strategies that keep our platforms safe, secure, and trusted by our global community. From anime fans to gamers, manga lovers to cosplay creators, your leadership will ensure our universe is a safe space for every user to connect, create, and thrive.

What You'll Own

Security Leadership:

• Develop and enforce security policies to protect user data and platform integrity.
• Ensure global compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

Risk & Incident Management:

• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive security measures.
• Lead quick, effective responses to security incidents.

Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a high-performing security team.
• Provide ongoing training on security best practices.

Collaboration:

• Work with product and engineering teams to embed security in development processes.
• Keep stakeholders informed with transparent updates.

Innovation & Improvement:

• Monitor emerging threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Implement advanced security technologies to stay ahead of potential risks.

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar
