Anomaly Squared is looking for a Customer Connection Representative to join our dynamic team in the Outbound Insurance department. This full-time, remote position allows you to work from anywhere while providing a fantastic opportunity to engage with potential clients and help them understand our telecommunications services.

In this role, you will contribute to our mission by connecting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and supporting our sales team by transferring pre-qualified leads. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $7.25 to $10.50, along with opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone to provide information about our services
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
  • Support the sales team by transferring pre-qualified leads
  • Counter objections effectively to enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Continuously strive for improvement in customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following US states: NC, KS, SC, GA, TX, OK
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Familiarity with telecommunications services is a plus
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
