Anomaly Squared is looking for a dedicated Remote Call Center - Presales Representative to join our Outbound Insurance team. This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service in the telecommunications industry. Located in Wichita, this role is ideal for individuals eager to launch their career in sales and customer service.

As a Presales Representative, you will engage potential customers, provide information about our insurance products, and assist them in making informed decisions. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while playing a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. We offer a competitive salary range of $7.25 - $15.00 per hour, along with the potential for bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Must live in one of the following states NC, KS, SC, GA, TX, OK, KY
• Engage with potential customers via phone to discuss insurance products
• Provide accurate information and answer questions about product offerings
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
• Assist in generating leads and following up with potential clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• Must have a computer (CANNOT be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook), hard-wired internet access, on-camera access, and an USB cabled headset at home.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM software
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a sales role
