Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss insurance quotes
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
• Assist in creating and updating customer engagement materials
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement process
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
