As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, build scalable revenue systems, and drive consistent growth across the organization.
Position Overview
The Head of Sales will own and oversee the entire sales function, ensuring strong pipeline generation, high conversion rates, and predictable revenue. This role plays a critical part in aligning sales efforts with marketing and client delivery while building systems that scale as the company grows.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on sales leader with a builder’s mindset—someone who can turn demand into closed deals through clear processes, strong messaging, and disciplined execution.
