As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our growth strategy, enhance our acquisition systems, and drive consistent market expansion.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Business Development will oversee all revenue-generating initiatives, refine and scale our sales and partnership processes, and ensure strong alignment across sales, marketing, and client delivery operations. This role is instrumental in scaling our business development engine, improving conversion performance, and supporting a premium client acquisition experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader who can translate company goals into actionable business development systems, high-performing processes, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the full business development cycle to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
• Build, refine, and implement business development and sales processes, systems, and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion.
• Work closely with Marketing and Client Delivery to ensure pipeline alignment, collaboration, and smooth client transitions.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to strengthen forecasting, effectiveness, and growth performance.
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and high operational standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for business development and sales resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to set targets, define growth strategy, and support company-wide expansion goals.
• Foster a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement across the revenue team.
