As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a VP of Operations to lead our operational strategy, strengthen internal systems, and drive company-wide efficiency and performance.

Position Overview

The VP of Operations will oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations while building scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth. This role is critical in ensuring alignment across teams, improving execution, and maintaining operational excellence as the company scales.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a builder’s mindset—someone who can turn high-level goals into efficient systems, clear processes, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve operational processes to ensure seamless execution across all departments.
• Design, build, and implement scalable systems, workflows, and infrastructure to support growth.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery teams to align objectives and improve cross-functional performance.
• Define, track, and optimize key operational metrics related to productivity, efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery timelines.
• Establish and enforce clear SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and quality across the organization.
• Oversee resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and training to support operational scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic priorities, remove bottlenecks, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the company.
