Position Overview:

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain software applications that support critical healthcare operations and improve overall patient experiences. If you're passionate about building innovative solutions and making a direct impact in healthcare, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications that improve the efficiency of healthcare operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, data analysts) to develop software that meets business needs
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
Ensure software security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy standards)
Create detailed documentation for applications, processes, and workflows
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development
Continuously improve existing systems, recommend new technologies, and contribute to system architecture

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2+ years of software development experience (healthcare or healthcare-related projects a plus)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
Familiarity with web frameworks and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare technologies like EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, or telemedicine platforms
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
