Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and highly organized Driver / Personal Assistant to support day-to-day transportation needs while assisting with personal and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent time management, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters with care.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely drive employer and/or family members to the hospitals, meetings, appointments, events, and errands
• Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic or schedule changes
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, servicing, fueling, and inspection schedules
• Run errands as needed (shopping, pickups, deliveries)

Personal & Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Assist with personal errands and household-related tasks
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff as needed
• Handle documents, packages, and basic record-keeping
• Provide ad-hoc support as requests arise

General Support

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve small issues before they escalate

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, personal assistant, or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with executives, families, or VIP clients
• Basic administrative or household management experience
• Defensive driving or professional driving certification
