- Manage bookings, payments, and necessary documentation.
- Provide professional support before, during, and after trips.
- Stay updated on promotions, new destinations, and seasonal opportunities.

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
- Basic computer and online communication skills.
- Customer service background is a plus, but not required.
