Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop data-driven strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports
- Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback
- Provide insights to enhance recruitment and retention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus
