Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus
