Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
- Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee creative content, designs, videos, brochures, and corporate materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Improve SEO/SEM to increase website visibility.
- Manage CRM, GTM, Pixels, and conversion tracking systems.
- Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
4. Social Media & Content Management
- Develop monthly content calendars for all platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Lead awareness, engagement, and educational campaigns.
5. Event & Campaign Execution
- Lead company events, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
- Manage product launches, press activities, and corporate gatherings.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with medical teams, HR, Operations, and Finance.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers.
7. Budget & Financial Management
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget.
- Control campaign costs and ensure strong ROI.
- Report budget utilization and future forecast.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience (healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage).
- Strong experience in digital performance marketing.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
