Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related field
• MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
• Certifications in Sales, CRM, Healthcare Marketing, or Business Development preferred
Eligibility:
Experience of 1 to 3 years in Sales / Business Development
Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Passion for healthcare innovation and Ayurveda technology solutions
• Ability to build trust and credibility with doctors and healthcare professionals
Primary Responsibilities :
• Promote and sell Nadi Tarangini to doctors, clinics, hospitals, colleges, and wellness centers
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical, educational, and software modules
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, exhibitions, and networking
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and institutional clients
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, installation, training, and customer support
• Maintain accurate sales reports, daily activity updates, and CRM records
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements for business improvement
• Represent the company in medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Support business expansion initiatives across assigned territories
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Desirable skills :
• Experience in B2B/B2D healthcare or medical device sales
• Knowledge of Ayurveda, healthcare, wellness, or diagnostic industry preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Experience in conducting live product demonstrations
• Exposure to exhibitions, CMEs, conferences, and medical events
• Strong objection handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in target-driven and travel-oriented roles
• Experience in startup or fast-growing organizations preferred
• Understanding of clinic management and healthcare workflows
