The Role

We're looking for a creative storyteller and social media native who can build our brand presence and create a thriving community of job seekers. You'll own our social media strategy from content creation to community management, working directly with our founder to amplify AutoJob's voice across the digital landscape.

What You'll Do:

• Own our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create scroll-stopping content that educates, entertains, and inspires job seekers
• Build and nurture our online community through authentic engagement and conversations
• Develop viral content strategies that showcase user success stories and job search tips
• Jump on trends and turn them into relevant, on-brand content
• Collaborate on product launches, feature announcements, and marketing campaigns
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on what resonates with our audience
• Identify and engage with influencers, career coaches, and brand advocates
• Monitor conversations about job searching and position AutoJob in relevant discussions

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2-3 years managing social media for a brand (SaaS/tech experience is a plus)
• A portfolio showcasing creative social content that drove real engagement
• Native understanding of each platform's culture, trends, and best practices
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to write everything from witty one-liners to thoughtful threads
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Experience building engaged communities, not just follower counts
• Passion for the job search/career development space
• Self-starter mentality - you don't wait for permission to try new ideas
