Job Responsibilities:

Client Analysis: Study and understand the client's warehouse operations and processes.

Demo Preparation: Customize and prepare software demos based on the client's specific operations. Presentation: Present the tailored software demo to clients, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of our WMS.

Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.

Query Resolution: Resolve any functional and technical queries raised by clients during the demo presentation.

 

Requirements:

Expertise in WMS: Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Sales Interest: A strong interest in sales and business development.

Experience: Prior experience in any role supporting sales, preferably in a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client queries effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Technical Acumen: Basic technical understanding to resolve functional and technical queries.
