AYS Inc is looking for a dedicated Enrollment Advisor to join our team in Indianapolis. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education management and helping students achieve their academic goals.

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their educational journey. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process
• Conduct outreach to potential students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and admissions requirements
• Assist students in completing applications and gathering necessary documentation
• Track and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate
• Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations
• Participate in enrollment events and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with academic departments to provide accurate program information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an educational setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to learn about various educational programs and services
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
