About Us

We are a growing US Staffing firm looking to expand aggressively into new markets through VMS, MSP, and SOW models. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader who can join us as a Business Partner with a clear path to a Co-Founder role. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to build something impactful while sharing directly in the success.

What We’re Looking For

We need a minimum 8+ years experienced professional in US Staffing Sales/Business Development, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients, securing MSA agreements, and generating revenue through VMS/MSP/SOW channels.

Experience in acquiring non-IT clients (Light Industries, Pharma, Medical Devices, Business Professionals, Manufacturing, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Partnerships
    • Identify, target, and onboard new clients across multiple sectors.
    • Establish MSA agreements with enterprise customers.
    • Leverage networks to open doors with Procurement, HR, and C-level leaders.
  • Revenue & Growth
    • Generate consistent and scalable revenue from new client acquisitions.
    • Drive business through VMS/MSP/SOW engagements.
    • Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Account Expansion
    • Develop long-term partnerships by expanding services within existing accounts.
    • Upsell and cross-sell staffing solutions across different domains.
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Align with leadership to define and execute growth strategies.
    • Provide market insights and help shape service positioning.
    • Contribute as a true partner in scaling the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in US Staffing Sales/Business Development (mandatory).
  • Proven record of acquiring new VMS/MSP/SOW accounts and signing MSA-level deals.
  • Strong client network in IT and/or Non-IT staffing domains.
  • Preferred experience in Light Industries, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Business Professional staffing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
