We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Process Analyst to support process evaluation, optimization, and operational improvements across various business functions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop clear process documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct gap analysis and support solution design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate improvements
  • Assist in implementing process enhancements and tracking outcomes
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure success
  • Support operational initiatives and strategic transformation projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
  • Experience supporting cross-departmental initiatives
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience
