This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience to apply their electrical engineering knowledge and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for robotic and automation applications.
  • Design and develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts using tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
  • Support the integration of sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and controllers into robotic prototypes and production systems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and robotics engineers to ensure proper hardware–software interfacing and system integration.
  • Conduct electrical simulations, signal analysis, and circuit testing to verify design functionality and performance.
  • Assist in prototype assembly, wiring, debugging, and testing, documenting findings and resolving issues during development.
  • Participate in field deployment and testing activities, collecting performance data and optimizing electrical systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate electrical and electronic components—including power supplies, connectors, and communication interfaces—based on project requirements.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BoMs), wiring documentation, and technical drawings according to company standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and development processes, promoting innovation, reliability, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in electrical design, embedded systems, or automation (internships, co-ops, or academic projects strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with electrical design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
  • Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or PLC-based control systems.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB) for hardware testing or automation.
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills, including the ability to create schematics, reports, and specifications.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, innovate, and solve complex engineering challenges in an evolving technology landscape.
