Benda Infotech is actively seeking driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineers to support our client projects across multiple locations in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in product design, manufacturing processes, and industrial operations.

As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to contribute to innovative product development and optimise manufacturing workflows for our clients across various industries.

💰 Salary: $68,000 – $78,000 annually (aligned with current U.S. market standards for entry-level roles)
📍 Location: Multiple Locations across the United States (On-Site)

📌 Preferred: Recent graduates (December 2025 / 2026)

đź”§ Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems
• Support manufacturing processes, including production planning and process optimization
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and design
• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and engineering reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Support client projects with engineering analysis and problem-solving

🎓 Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of core mechanical engineering concepts (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and mechanics of materials)
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

đź’ˇ Preferred Technical Skills
• Experience with manufacturing processes (CNC machining, injection molding, assembly lines)
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Exposure to simulation and analysis tools (ANSYS, MATLAB)
• Understanding of quality control methods and standards (Six Sigma, ISO)
• Basic programming or automation knowledge (Python, PLCs)
